Refund Policy

Digital Sales Are Final

CodeRanch RedM products are digital scripts delivered through Tebex. Because access is provided after purchase, sales are final unless the exception below applies.

Refund Exception

A refund may be considered only when there is a real script issue with a CodeRanch RedM product and we cannot solve it after a reasonable support process. You must contact support, explain the issue, provide requested logs or screenshots, and give us a fair chance to fix it.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not provided for buyer remorse, accidental purchases, not reading requirements, server misconfiguration, unsupported frameworks, conflicts from unrelated resources, edited files, leaked copies, or refusing to provide the information needed for support.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Contact us before opening a PayPal dispute, bank dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal. If you open a PayPal or bank dispute instead of working with support, you may be permanently banned from the CodeRanch RedM store and your product access may be removed.

How to Request Help

Use the contact page or Discord support. Include your order details, product name, server framework, dependency versions, error logs, and steps to reproduce the issue.
